The Charles Lindbergh House and Museum is part of the Minnesota Historical Society's network of 26 historic sites and museums, and it is also a National Historic Landmark. The Site connects visitors to the life and continuing legacy of Charles A. Lindbergh through an interpretive approach to his contributions in aviation, world history, medicine and the natural environment. Visitors can tour Lindbergh's boyhood home, explore the visitor center exhibits--including a "Spirit of St. Louis" flight simulator--and walk an interpretive trail along the river. Additional trails are located in the adjacent Charles A. Lindbergh State Park.
The Minnesota Historical Society has 26 historic sites and museums. These locations feature different types of programs and cover a wide variety of topics--from farming and fashion to ancient rock carvings and historic battles.
